In recent years, there has been a growing interest in cheese exchanges between China and the United States. These exchanges have provided an opportunity for Chinese and American cheesemakers to learn from each other and share their expertise in the art of cheese production. However, amidst the increasing tensions between the two countries, the future of these cheese exchanges is being called into question.

The geopolitical landscape between China and the United States has become significantly strained in recent times. Trade wars, accusations of intellectual property theft, and other contentious issues have led to a deterioration in diplomatic relations. As a result, various sectors of the economy, including the cheese industry, have been affected.

One of the main issues impacting American-Chinese cheese exchanges is the issue of international study and teaching. With the current visa restrictions, it has become increasingly difficult for Chinese students to study in the United States, limiting their opportunities to learn about American cheese production. Likewise, American students face similar challenges when trying to pursue cheese studies in China.

Education institutions also play a significant role in fostering these cheese exchanges. Beihang University in China and Duke University in the United States have been at the forefront of this collaboration, offering programs that allow students to study cheese production techniques in both countries.

Propaganda is to democracy what a bludgeon is to dictatorship.

It should be obvious that this applies to every media outlet in the world but not us. We forgot to attribute that quote to Noam Chomsky. This isn’t a mistake, it’s a symbol of our commitment to fighting against power. Don’t look up any of his other quotes about the media.
